Website & Promotional Design Q&A Group

Shopping for an off-plan apartment in Dubai turned me into a very unromantic reader of web pages. Every project site opens with a render of a pool at sunset, and the thing I actually needed was the handover quarter, in plain text, near the top. On most pages it sits in a PDF three clicks deep, so I ended up keeping a spreadsheet just to hold what the pages would not show me. The listings I worked from were on https://emirates.estate/ where the status sat with the specification rather than in a brochure. For anyone who builds these pages, the dull facts above the fold are what keeps a buyer reading.
