After name servers have been pointed away to the hosting platform MX records and other records from the email provider (may be the same as the domain provider) need to be added to Convertri in order for both the domain and email to work correctly.

This is going to assure that the client can receive emails to the email address that was created with their domain name or may be created with their domain name in the future. Do this after changing the name servers.

Find out what email address they use to login into their GoDaddy Account and request to access it If they don't use GoDaddy find out what platform their domain is hosted on and search for "How to add a contributor to access on their platform name". for instructions.
